How Do You Exercise On A WaterRower?

Exercising on a WaterRower is just like exercising on a rowing machine. However, the WaterRower allows you to complete a smooth and quiet workout in a home or commercial gym setting.

Exercises You Can Achieve With A WaterRower

Tabata Workout: These workouts only last four minutes but are an excellent warmup or short training option. 

  • Row at a high intensity for at least 20 seconds 
  • Rest for 10 seconds
  • Repeat 8 times (This totals four minutes) 

4X4 Minutes: This workout is perfect for cardio training

  • Warmup for 5 minutes.
  • Workout for four minutes and rest for two. 
  • Do four sets of this increasing the pace in each set.
  • Cool down for five minutes.

With these exercises, you are working your legs, arms, and ab muscles, allowing your strength and endurance to improve. If you use a WaterRower for at least 30 minutes during your workout, you can burn 255 calories! 

How Long Should My Rowing Workout Last?
