Sets Of Kettlebells

Kettlebell weights are starting to change in shape slightly as more manufacturers see the increase in sales and popularity of this very simple and easy-to-use piece of gym equipment. You will usually be able to find either 'naked' cast iron kettlebells or, increasingly commonly, a rubber or plastic-coated kettlebell, which helps to prevent scratches on studio floors! Various weights and sizes are available, ranging from 4kg to 24kg and upwards.

Kettlebells vs Dumbells

Kettlebells are an easy-to-use, cost-effective, easy-to-store piece of gym strength equipment. They can also be used to add weight to HIIT workouts, making them great for burning calories and improving cardiovascular health. Furthermore, they can be incorporated into mobility and conditioning workouts.

Those wanting to build muscle and/or strength will be more successful with dumbbells, as these make it easier to perform isolated strength-training exercises. Meanwhile, people who prefer to focus on conditioning and calorie burning in conjunction with building muscle will appreciate kettlebell workouts.

The Benefits Of Kettlebells?

-Kettlebells build strength without bulking; therefore, they are excellent for creating a long, lean and toned body.

-They are great for building functional strength.

-They burn a lot of calories.

-Kettlebells can be added to a range of excersises for both power and mobility.

-They are compact to store.

-Kettlebells provide a versatile, functional workout.

Kettlebell Exercises

As with many simple pieces of gym equipment, you can do quite a range of exercises, working lots of muscle groups. From variations of standard moves that include bench presses, bicep curls and rows to fast-moving ballistic motions such as snatches, swings, cleans, and jerks. There are hundreds of combinations of workouts and exercises that you can do. Think of regular free weights and what you can do with your chest, shoulders, legs and back.

You can incorporate kettlebells into almost any strength workout, and if you have bought a suitable range of kettlebells, as you get stronger, you won't need to go straight out and buy another complete set; you can add on the precise weight you need from our range of individual kettlebells.
