Choosing a Folding Reformer

Perfect for the home, this F2 folding reformer packs away for both safety and ease of storage. The steel frame means it is highly durable and stable when opened out for use. This can all be done one person - although two makes it a lot simpler. You are also able to use the C1 Jump Board and the Frame Sitting Box.

The F2 Folding Reformer

With it's bed-like frame, the carriage rolls back and forth on the frame and is attached to the end of the reformer by a number of springs - in this case 4. These springs allow you to set the resistance you want when using the carriage as you push or pull it along the frame. With shoulder blocks that prevent you sliding along the carriage when using, the footbar is used by your feet or hands as you move the carriage.

So it's bodyweight and the springs that create the resistance, allowing you to use a number of different positions to work your muscle groups.

With the F2 offering a smooth and progressive resistance, you also get a wide range of adjustments that allow you to fine tune the machine. It folds up in just a few minutes to leave a compact machine that you can wheel or carry about to store.
